Wednesday: The Dog House. Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage topped with BB's Home Made Brisket Chili, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and Chopped Onion. Served with skillet fries.

Thursday: The Big Sweet. Tender Pulled Pork, Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, house made Onion Straws, and Sweet Heat Peach BBQ sauce. Served on a large sesame seed bun with skillet fries.

Friday: Pork Belly Burnt Ends Potato Skins. Deep Fried Potato Skins, topped with chopped smoked pork belly burnt ends, chili cheese dip, and shredded cheddar cheese. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.
